Field Sales Executive – Uncapped Commission + Benefits

YouFibre Limited in Barry, Wales, is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive new customer sign-ups for our broadband service. You will be out in the community, handling door-to-door conversations, managing your own pipeline and hitting targets in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role offers £25,000 basic salary with uncapped commission (OTE £50K), £250 monthly car allowance, and travel paid. You’ll receive a bespoke induction, pension contributions, phone allowance, and 25 days leave
