ER Operations Specialist — Hybrid Coaching for Managers

Asda in Leeds is seeking an Operations Specialist – Employee Relations (ER) to provide expert ER guidance to line managers by phone and to manage end-to-end ER cases in line with policy and GDPR. The role offers a hybrid working pattern with three days in Britannia House, Morley, and two days remote.

You will develop ER capabilities across teams, highlight trends, maintain accurate case records, and collaborate with policy, legal and other stakeholders.
