Nightshift Operations Administrator – Remote Support

Ground Control is seeking a Nightshift Administrator to support a 24/7 operation with a fixed-term maternity cover of approx. six months. The role is remote with an initial training period in Billericay, requiring the ability to commute during training.

You’ll act as the first contact for enquiries, assist operational teams through night shifts, and manage communications and safety reporting to keep services moving smoothly. Applicants should be organised, proactive and resilient.
