Hard FM Compliance Supervisor – Lead Water & Fire Safety

Dalkia UK is recruiting a Compliance Supervisor to support our site compliance team at the University of Lincoln. The role involves coordinating water and fire compliance activities, supervising engineers, and ensuring documentation and KPIs are met.

You will manage planned maintenance, reactive works and quotiations, while maintaining high standards of quality, health, safety and the environment. A strong knowledge of QHSE and building compliance is essential.
