Retail Shift Manager: Lead Store Team & Operations

Lidl GB in Crowborough is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead store operations, motivate the team, and maintain our high standards on a fast-paced shop floor.

This role offers £15.45–£15.95 per hour for 30–35 hours per week, with bank holiday uplift, a 10% in-store discount, enhanced family leave, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You’ll manage tasks such as cash processes, stock, and customer experience, and act as a store leader in the absence of the Store Manager.
