Job Description:
The Mental Health Legislation Team at Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust provides specialist advice across inpatient and community services on the Mental Health Act 1983, Mental Capacity Act 2005 and DoLS.
The post holder will work with the MHL Manager to maintain an efficient service, advise on legal obligations, process documents and coordinate hearings and renewals, ensuring timely compliance across the Trust.
