Fuller’s is seeking a General Manager in Oxford to support our GMs in the Oxfordshire area with the aim of taking over one site as it becomes available. You’ll join a team across 4 pubs, hit the ground running, and lead with vision and customer focus.
This role offers a 40-hour week over 5 days, a generous GM bonus up to 100% of salary, and a path across pubs and hotels supported by development opportunities and staff benefits.
