Compliance Manager (Hard FM)

I’m currently recruiting a Compliance Manager for Mitie on their healthcare contract. It’s a hybrid position with around 2 days per week across London sites.

The role will take ownership of Hard FM compliance across the contract, including:

• Statutory inspections, testing and certification
• PPM and reactive SLA compliance
• Hard FM compliance calendars
• HTM, HSE and legislative compliance
• Contractor audits, permits, RAMS and qualifications
• Helpdesk performance and processes
• Identifying overdue works, defects and compliance gaps
• Managing corrective actions through to completion
• Supporting the contract team against key performance indicators

They’re looking for someone with a solid FM compliance / technical compliance background, ideally from healthcare or another regulated environment.
