HR Generalist: Recruitment, Onboarding & ER

MCS Group is recruiting an HR Officer for a well-established Belfast-based organisation. You will join a supportive HR team, gaining exposure across the full employee lifecycle and opportunities to progress your career.

Role covers recruitment, onboarding, ER, absence handling, HRIS administration, and GDPR-compliant reporting. CIPD Level 5 is preferred or you can be progressing toward it. This role is on-site in Belfast, with occasional travel between sites.
