Operations & Projects Administrator

Technimove Ltd is seeking an organised Operations Administrator to support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment in Greater London. You will coordinate engineer availability, track project schedules and maintain accurate records across systems.

You will manage CRM queues, assist with supplier onboarding, monitor timesheets and expenses, and help identify cost-saving process improvements while providing general operational support to the Resource Manager and wider team.
