Aerospace Production Lead – Hands-On Supervisor

Winsearch is seeking a Production Supervisor / Manager for a growing aerospace manufacturing business in the North West. You will lead day-to-day production on sheet metal / fabrication, on the shopfloor, driving performance while ensuring safety and 5S standards.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong problem-solving and team development skills, with experience in MRP systems and aerospace specifications. You will be visible on the shopfloor and play a key part in continuous improvement.
