Senior HR Manager — Employee Relations & Change Leader

ASCO – Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide professional HR leadership across the business in Middlesbrough. The role covers Employee Relations, policy compliance with UK employment law, recruitment, onboarding and the full employee lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have CIPD Level 5, strong communication and stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to people practices. This is a permanent, full-time role with enhanced benefits.
