Lead Designated Doctor for Child Death & Safeguarding

The post holder, Designated Doctor for Child Death, joins the BSW safeguarding team within Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The role supports meeting statutory duties across the ICS and local partners, focusing on Swindon and the surrounding area.

The post is 1 PA per week, with salary per session and annualised expectations. You will chair monthly CDOP and Perinatal Mortality reviews, work with Named Professionals, authorities and safeguarding partners, and provide expert guidance
