Store Services Lead — Luxury Cleaning & People Ops

Harrods is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a cleaning operations team in our luxury Knightsbridge store. You will drive people-focused performance, coach direct and indirect reports, and ensure upskilling and training are current to deliver excellence.

You will work 5 days out of 7 on a rota, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays, with day shifts 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, leading from the front and fostering a proactive, resilient team culture.
