Residential Support Worker – Transform Lives & Grow

Compass Community is recruiting a Residential Support Worker to help transform young lives in our children’s home. You’ll support daily activities, safeguarding, health and wellbeing, and contribute to reports and timetables.

No prior experience required; full training is provided, including Skills to Care induction and Level 3 Diploma progression. The role requires calm, compassion, and the ability to build trusted relationships, with Ofsted-age requirements and a valid manual driving licence.
