Community Equipment Service Operations & Stakeholder Liaison

Portsmouth City Council is seeking an organised individual to act as the key operational link between Adult Social Care, the Community Equipment Service provider, and prescribers across health and social care in Portsmouth.

You will support administration, coordinate responses to prescriber issues, and work with commissioners and partners to ensure high-quality equipment provision that promotes independence and wellbeing for residents.
