Senior Team Lead, Adult Intermediate Care (Social Work)

Portsmouth City Council is seeking an experienced social worker to join the Adult Intermediate Care Team as Assistant Team Manager on a secondment/fixed-term basis for up to 9 months.

You will supervise a team, lead practice development, and ensure multi-agency working to improve outcomes for adults with care and support needs. The role involves complex case work, safeguarding, and high-quality report writing, 37 hours per week in Portsmouth.
