Residential Property Solicitor – Hybrid, Direct to Director

Pertemps Southwest is recruiting on behalf of a Bristol-based law firm for a Residential Property Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE to join a growing team. The role offers hybrid working and the opportunity to work closely with the Director on a varied residential conveyancing caseload.

The successful candidate will manage own caseload, handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new builds, while maintaining exceptional client service and professional standards.
