NIQ seeks a Customer Success Junior Consultant to work closely with less complex but strategically important clients in the Grocery sector, understanding their objectives and identifying sales opportunities for our account development teams.
You will maintain and enhance client relationships, increase NPS, and drive adoption of NielsenIQ tools to improve ROI across Retail Measurement Service and Consumer Panel Service, supported by a Senior Consultant.
