Job Description:
The College Merthyr Tydfil is seeking a motivated and highly organised IDP Coordinator to join the Additional Learning Needs team and help shape inclusive practice.
You will coordinate statutory IDPs and person-centred reviews, bringing together learners, families, college staff and external professionals to ensure individual needs are understood and appropriate provision is planned.
