Regional Youth Employment Delivery Lead

Get Set UK is seeking a senior operations leader to drive delivery of the Youth Mentor Programme across Hampshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire. You will supervise Team Leaders, translate programme requirements into clear expectations, and ensure high-quality participant support and sustainable employment outcomes.

The role requires regular travel, a valid driving licence, and strong management information, quality, and stakeholder-management capabilities to keep performance on track and compliant.
