Community Nurse: Independent Home Care & Impact

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting community district nurses to provide skilled care in patients’ homes across our locality. You will work flexibly with multidisciplinary teams to support patients throughout their journey.

The role requires excellent communication, adaptability and reliability. Applicants should be prepared for DBS checks; costs are deducted from salary if applicable, and the Trust supports DBS Update Service registration.
