Property Solicitor – Commercial Property

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join awell-established legal firm, providing a broad range of legal services in a friendly, client-focused environment.

As a Commercial Property Lawyer, you will handle a varied range of commercial property matters, including advising on commercial property acquisitions and disposals. This role offers hybrid working options, salary range of £50,000 – £65,000 (DOE) plus bonus and benefits. This role offers a relocation package.

The role is preferably based in Hereford, although Leominster may also be considered.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing your own commercial property caseload
• Handling commercial leases and lease renewals
• Advising landlords and tenants on commercial property matters
• Dealing with agricultural and rural property transactions
• Advising on matters involving agricultural land
• Handling property-related partnership agreements where appropriate
• Undertaking due diligence, title investigations and drafting legal documentation
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other professional advisers
• Building long-term client relationships and contributing to the growth of the department

What we are looking for:

Essential:

• Previously worked as a Commercial Property Lawyer,Commercial PropertySolicitor,Property Solicitor, Property Lawyer, Chartered Legal Executive or in a similar role.
• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or equivalent.
• Possess commercial property experience.
• Ability to independently manage a varied caseload.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills.
• Commercial awareness and excellent attention to detail.

Desirable:

• 2+ years’ PQE or relevant post-qualification experience.
• Experience with agricultural land.
• Background with partnership agreements
