IT Support Officer – Canary Wharf (Maternity Cover)

Bath Spa University invites applications for an IT Officer to join the IT Services team at Canary Wharf. This contract/maternity cover role delivers a responsive, customer‑focused IT support service to students and staff, using the Service Desk and ITSM tools to log, escalate and resolve requests.

You will handle queries on campus or remotely, contribute to knowledge base development, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to support teaching activities.
