Water Network Connections Advisor

Bristol Water plc is seeking a New Supplies Technical Advisor to support customers connecting new properties to the water network. You will manage applications from enquiry through to completion, ensuring efficient service and accurate information throughout the process.

You will work with the Customer Hub to coordinate connections, invoicing, appointments, and data accuracy, while maintaining records and collaborating with developers and internal teams.
