Therapeutic Home Manager — Launch & Lead Solo EBD Home

TipTopJob is seeking an experienced Childrens Home Registered Manager to open and lead a small-sized home in the Derby area. The role requires an Ofsted-regulated setting for a child with EBD and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.

You will oversee the launch, recruit and guide a therapeutic team, and ensure safeguarding and compliance with Regulations. Strong English communication and leadership are essential to success.
