Social Worker: Children Looked After & UASC/Care Leavers

Shropshire Council is seeking a Social Worker to join the Children Looked After (CLA) team. The role involves direct work with children and families to support permanence plans, including foster care, placement with family members, or living with parents.

You will contribute to safeguarding, care planning, and support for care leavers within a dynamic service. 37 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year, Grade 11.
