Job Description:
Outpost Bio is hiring a Data Platform Engineer to build and operate pipelines that transform raw data into analysis-ready datasets. You will own the datasets from these pipelines, ensure schema stability, validation, provenance and versioning, and support both CRO deliveries and wet-lab experiments.
The role requires 3–5 years in production data infrastructure, strong Python experience, and proficiency with Dagster/Airflow/Prefect on AWS (Batch/Fargate/S3).
