Assistant Manager — Lead a Pub Team, Flexible Hours

Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. You’ll lead from the front, inspire a pub team, and step up when the General Manager isn’t available, driving memorable guest experiences and strong financial performance.

You’ll build on prior Assistant/Deputy Manager experience in a like-for-like branded pub environment, with opportunities to progress through our Aspire programme into a General Manager role.
