Strategic HR Partner — Lead Change & People Solutions

Middlesbrough Council is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team in Middlesbrough. You will work with senior leaders to shape workforce strategy, advise on complex employee relations, and lead organisational change initiatives across council services.

The role requires extensive HR experience in a large, unionised environment, excellent employment law knowledge, and strong negotiation and influencing skills.
