Dale Care Ltd is seeking a Reablement Care Worker to support individuals across County Durham as they regain independence after illness, injury, or hospital discharge. You will bring compassion, quick response, and problem-solving to enhance daily living.
This role offers guaranteed hours, shifts 7am-2pm and 3pm-10pm, a full driving license with access to your own car, and training including NVQ qualifications. Travel is community-based; candidates from all backgrounds encouraged to apply.
