Retail Operations Assistant – Flexible Stock & Deliveries

Marks & Spencer is seeking an Operations Assistant to support stock, deliveries and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the shop floor full, clean and ready for customers. The role is physical, fast-paced retail work requiring focus and accuracy.

You may work across the wider store to cover shifts, using digital tools to monitor stock and deliveries, and to support colleagues so the store runs smoothly. Applicants must be 18+ and available for early shifts and peak periods.
