Systems Support & Governance Specialist

JCDecaux is seeking a proactive operational support coordinator in Manchester to ensure system use aligns with governance standards. You will bridge operations, systems, and governance, assisting users, coordinating onboarding, and embedding controls in day-to-day activities.

You will provide first-line support, help with access requests, log issues, and aid in system rollouts. Training delivery and documentation maintenance are key parts of the role.
