Social Media Account Manager — Build Relationships & Deliver

On The Tools Ltd. is looking for an Account Manager to own day-to-day client relationships, brief the team, and manage project delivery. You will liaise with clients, understand their objectives, and drive projects from inception to delivery with internal teams.

You will lead briefs, monitor budgets, and communicate clearly across creative, production, and finance to ensure successful outcomes for key accounts in a fast-paced environment. This is a UK-based role in Birmingham.
