Compass Community Limited seeks a Residential Support Worker to help children in a caring, non-judgemental home. You will support activities, health, wellbeing and safeguarding while building trusted relationships with young people.

No prior experience is required; we provide Skills to Care induction and support you to achieve a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare within 12 months, with DBS checks and ongoing professional development.
