We are looking for an Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner to join our DerbyEarly Intervention Targeted Support Service. You will support children, young people and families, across the Derbyshire county, through early intervention, advice and goal focused emotional wellbeing support across community and educational settings.
In this rewarding role, you will carry out emotional wellbeing assessments, deliver evidence based interventions and provide guidance to help children and young people access the right support at the right time. You will work closely with families, schools and partner agencies to build positive outcomes and reduce barriers to engagement.
You will alsocontribute to wellbeing promotion activities, deliver training and support wider service development within a collaborative and values led team. Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people will be central to everything you do.
