Contract Processing & Offboarding Specialist

Focus Group in Exeter is seeking a Contract Processing Agent to join the Customer Loyalty team. The role supports contract and documentation workflows, ensuring off-boarding is accurate and leaves customers with a strong final impression. Hybrid work: 4 days in office, 1 from home after probation.

You’ll be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of juggling multiple admin tasks while communicating clearly across teams. Prior experience in a fast-paced processing environment is preferred.
