Nursing Associate – Immunisations & Health Promotion Lead

The British Heart Foundation is seeking a Nursing Associate to support General Practice teams with immunisations, health promotion, and chronic disease care. The role involves MDT working, supervision of trainees, and contributing to safety, audits, and safeguarding.

You will use SystmOne and NHS.NET for record-keeping and will escalate concerns to GPN/ANP/GP as appropriate, helping maintain high standards of care and patient safety.
