About the Role
This is an ambitious, collaborative business where early-career professionals can learn fast and take ownership. You will work with modern technology, real customers and leaders who invest in your development. They expect performance, support development and reward output.
Pay range and compensation package
- £30,000 basic salary + £10,000 OTE, uncapped
- Clear progression into senior SDR, BDM or wider commercial roles

Responsibilities
- Identify and engage UK letting agents through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and targeted campaigns
- Target ideal customer profiles rather than chasing volume
- Book well-qualified discovery meetings for the Business Development and Sales teams
- Lead first-stage conversations to understand each prospect’s challenges and structure
- Manage your own activity, follow-ups and diary
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
- Work with marketing on campaigns, messaging and targeting
- Hit agreed weekly and monthly KPIs, and use conversion data to improve

Your development
