Order-to-Cash Manager (Interim)

We are supporting a business that requires an experienced Order to Cash (O2C) Specialist to lead a cash remediation project and help resolve a number of broken processes across the end-to-end O2C cycle.

This role will focus on improving cash collection, reducing aged debt, identifying process gaps, and implementing sustainable improvements within a NetSuite environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and diagnose existing Order to Cash processes.
• Lead a cash remediation and working capital improvement programme.
• Identify process inefficiencies, controls gaps, and root causes of cash leakage.
• Drive improvements across billing, collections, credit control, dispute management and cash application.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations and Commercial teams to implement solutions.
• Utilise NetSuite to improve reporting, process visibility and controls.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Order to Cash transformation or remediation projects.
• Strong cash collection, working capital and accounts receivable expertise.
• Experience fixing broken or underperforming finance processes.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience is essential.
• Ability to operate independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
