Thrive Oldham are recruiting on behalf of our well established client a Customer Service Administrator in the Merthyr Area. This role is fully Customer Service focused, handling order processing and updates from order to delivery.
You will manage high volumes, communicate with customers by phone and email, and work with internal teams to ensure accurate schedules and on-time delivery. The role operates 8am-5pm Mon-Thu and 8am-12 midday Friday; salary is competitive.
