Adolescent Residential Care Worker: Make a Difference

Headway Adolescent Resources is seeking a Residential Childcare Worker to join our Bridgwater home. You will support young people with challenging behaviour, deliver high-quality care, and maintain accurate daily records under policy standards.

This permanent role offers full training, an average of 38 hours per week, and two-sleep-in shifts. Applicants should have a full UK driving licence, strong interpersonal skills, and a compassionate, patient approach.
