Compass Homes is seeking a Residential Support Worker to help children experience childhood with support, health, wellbeing and safeguarding.
No prior experience is required; induction includes two weeks of classroom training and a week of shadow shifts to prepare for the role. You will be supported to achieve a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare within 12 months, enabling progression within Compass.
