Midhurst Rother College serves students from 11 to 19 years of age. Midhurst Rother College is situated in the market town of Midhurst at the heart of West Sussex. The College has a very large rural catchment area of 400 square miles, drawing students from a wide and varied landscape, made up of small villages, hamlets and two market towns, all on the doorstep of the South Downs. Our vision for Midhurst Rother College was created by all staff and students in December 2016. As a community, we agreed that we would promote respect, achievement, and happiness to underpin the culture of our college. Our drive is to provide an excellent standard of education for the whole community which supports and develops each individual to be the very best they can be.
We are proud to be a happy, vibrant, and supportive school community. We hope that you find all the information you need on our website and our strategic priorities for this academic year. Midhurst Rother College is part of United Learning, a large, and growing, group of schools aiming to offer a life-changing education to children and young people across England. United Learning is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All positions are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and shortlisted candidates will be subject to an online check. We always appoint on merit, and we are open to discussing flexible working options.
