Strategic Real Estate Recoveries Lead

Secure Trust Bank Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead higher-risk, distressed and non-performing Real Estate Finance exposures. You will own a varied portfolio, develop evidence-based strategies, and work with senior stakeholders and external advisers to secure timely, controlled outcomes.

You will assess complex situations, propose commercially realistic paths, and ensure delivery of approved strategies while protecting the Bank’s position.
