Business Manager: People Leadership & Stakeholder Growth

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Business Manager to lead and motivate a team, oversee up to eight Careers Coaches, and manage a small caseload of participants within the Youth Jobs Guarantee framework in Suffolk.

The role involves stakeholder engagement with DPW, JCP and employers, performance management, and identifying training needs to boost outcomes while supporting flexible working arrangements where possible.
