Store Shift Manager: Lead Operations & Sales

Argos Shift Managers are responsible for managing shifts within our Argos stores, inspiring and motivating teams, and being the go-to people for on-the-job support. They coach colleagues on the shop floor to deliver brilliant experiences for customers and lead store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, including organising the warehouse, taking deliveries and serving customers.
