Low-Carbon Civil & Structural Engineering Lead

WSP is seeking an experienced Civil & Structural Engineering leader to steer the Energy discipline across major projects. You will define technical direction, review complex designs and drive safe, buildable solutions from feasibility through delivery, working with clients and delivery partners.

You will mentor teams, shape governance, and promote digital engineering while ensuring compliance with Safety in Design and industry standards across UK energy infrastructure.
