Responsible for driving the customer experience through proactive and customer focused behaviors and actions. Actively evaluates customers’ needs by listening, providing solutions, and making recommendations to maximize customer satisfaction and Exchange brand loyalty.
Job Qualifications
Completion of high school or the equivalent. Retail experience, demonstrated willingness, and potential for additional responsibility.
If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting.

IDEAL APPLICANT WILL HAVE FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY TO WORKS MONDAY-SATURDAY 0930-1930 AND SUNDAY 0930-1830 INCLUDING HOLIDAYS.SCHEDULING WILL BE DISCUSSED DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS. SCHEDULE IS BASE ON OPERATIONAL NEEDS OF THE FACILITY AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITH SEVEN DAYS NOTICE.
