This role involves supporting learners to achieve their full potential in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to learners needs.
• Assess progress and provide personalised feedback to support achievement.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support learners with additional needs and barriers to learning.
• Track learner progress and implement interventions when needed.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching practices.
• Adhere to safeguarding, equality, and health and safety policies.

Due to the nature of this role, you be required to complete a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

Required Skills

• Teaching qualifications and experience in Functional Skills in Maths and ideally English – Essential
• Ability to engage and motivate learners, including those who are disengaged.
• Strong organisational and classroom management skills.
• Experience working in challenging learning environments.
• Commitment to professional development and teamwork.
• Flexibility to work across different locations.
